Every Mesonart piece is an original, hand-painted oil painting on canvas. Subtle variations are part of the authenticity that makes each work unique.
While all our artists follow the same reference, due to the nature of hand-painted artwork, slight differences in brushwork, color blending and personal interpretation can sometimes occur. That being said, we are fully committed to making sure your piece matches your expectations, and our artist will adjust the painting accordingly based on your feedback.
If the artwork you receive does not match the painting we mutually confirmed prior to shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.
In the rare case your painting arrives damaged, we will arrange a complimentary replacement or provide a full refund.
Please share photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist promptly.

Love how this piece turned out! The customer service and communication throughout the process were great. When we received the first approval, we had a few changes to the texture and colors, and the artist was very quick to make the adjustments. We’re so happy with the final result. The frame was supposed to be more of a champagne color, but the silver still looks beautiful. It looks amazing in the space!
