At Mesonart, we believe that bringing art into your life should feel effortless and reassuring. That’s why we’ve crafted a gentle, transparent return and exchange policy—so you can collect with confidence.

🌿Artwork Quality

If the artwork does not match the description or images on our official website, you are eligible for a full refund.

All our artworks are original oil paintings on canvas, hand-painted by artists. Each piece is unique, and slight variations are expected.

🌿Shipping Damage:

If your artwork arrives damaged, we offer a free replacement or full refund.

Please provide photos of the damage and packaging for insurance and investigation purposes.

🌿Custom Artwork Policy

For artworks with customized colors or sizes, returns are not accepted after delivery.

If a return is approved before shipping, a $100 material fee will apply.(You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment, but not after you have received your package.)

Custom artworks are made to order and cannot be resold. Thank you for your understanding.

You have 30 days from receiving your artwork to request a return for any reason.

We will help arrange return shipping. You will only be responsible for the return shipping costs.

🌿Important Conditions for Returns:

Return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the artwork.

The artwork must be in its original condition and securely packaged (ideally using the original packaging).

You then have 14 additional days to return the item after your request is approved.

🌿 Returns Due to Personal Preference

If you selected an artwork that doesn’t suit your space, interior style, or if the size wasn’t quite right — no worries. You’re welcome to return it within 30 days of delivery.

• Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

• Once we receive the artwork in its original condition and packaging, we will issue a full refund.

Please ensure the artwork is carefully packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
