Creating time
Producing time depends on the type of art you purchase:
Made-to-order item: you will receive it around 1-2 weeks after ordering.
In-stock item: Will be shipped in 3 business days.
Generally, you will receive your purchase in 1-3 weeks after order is placed. For quantity order, please contact us at info@mesonart.com to confirm the accurate time frame.
How do you guarantee the quality and authenticity of MesonArt oil paintings?

Every oil painting on the Mesonart platform is meticulously hand-painted by our rigorously selected professional artists using high-quality paints and canvases. To ensure that every piece in your collection is unique and of exceptional artistic value, all original oil paintings sold come with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist. We reject mass-produced, mechanical reproductions, striving to convey the true warmth of art in every brushstroke.
Do the images on the website accurately reflect the true colors and textures of the oil paintings?
Our professional photography team strives to capture the most authentic colors of the paintings under natural light, resulting in images that accurately reflect the original artwork. However, because handmade oil paintings often feature rich impasto textures and multi-layered color layers, and due to potential color discrepancies between different monitor screens, the actual artwork usually possesses a greater sense of depth, texture, and visual impact than digital images. Many customers have reported that seeing the artwork in person is even more breathtaking.
Can I commission a custom oil painting from an artist, or have a re-creation of a sold-out piece?
Absolutely! We welcome and are happy to undertake commissioned artworks. If your desired painting is unfortunately sold out, or if you have personalized needs regarding size, color, or specific subject matter, please feel free to contact our art consultant via email. We will communicate directly with the artist to create a unique, bespoke oil painting just for you. Before shipping your customized artwork, we will send you high-resolution photos of the finished product for final confirmation.
Do you offer professional framing services for your oil paintings?
Yes, we offer a complete range of framing options to suit your home décor needs. Some paintings already have custom frames provided by the artist, and these are included in the price. If your chosen artwork is marked "Unframed" or "Painting only," you can select our additional framing service when placing your order. We will match you with high-quality frames in a variety of styles, from classic solid wood to modern minimalist, ensuring the artwork is ready to hang upon delivery.
What is "Heavy Texture," and what does the physical painting look like?
We use premium oil pigments and professional modeling mediums to create a 3D sculptural effect using palette knives. The textures typically range from 3mm to 20mm in thickness. This technique allows the artwork to interact with light, creating natural shadows and a tactile depth that is far more impactful than a standard flat print or painting.

What payment methods does MesonArt support? Is the payment process secure?
We are committed to providing you with a safe and convenient global payment experience. MesonArt currently supports all major credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, etc.), Klarna, Afterpay, and bank transfers. We also accept PayPal payments.
Q: I don’t have a PayPal account. What should I do?
A: You can still pay with your credit or debit card via PayPal without having a PayPal account. Here’s how:
- Click “Check out with PayPal”. You’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of logging in, select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”.
- Fill in your billing and credit card information.
- Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
- Click Continue to return to MesonArt. Your payment is not sent until you click “Submit Order” on MesonArt.
Will I be charged for international taxes and customs duties?
Our worldwide shipping policy covers all international logistics costs. However, please note that once your order arrives in the destination country, local customs guidelines will apply. For MesonArt’s hand-painted artworks, we are pleased to offer the following preferential policies:
- United States: Most hand-painted artworks are delivered directly to your address with no additional customs charges required.
- All Other Countries/Regions: Import duties, taxes, and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These rates are determined by your local customs authority and typically range from 1% to 10% of the declared value.
- Payment Process: If applicable, the courier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) will provide you with a customs invoice for payment upon or prior to delivery.
While these local taxes are the responsibility of the customer, we encourage you to contact our after-sales support team before customs clearance begins to discuss the declared value or potential preferential options. MesonArt will fully support you by providing all necessary documentation to ensure a smooth and efficient clearance process.
How do I confirm my order after placing it?
After successful payment and order submission, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to the email address you provided at checkout, containing your order number and order details. If you don't see this email in your inbox, please check your "Spam" or "SMS" folder, as automatically sent emails are sometimes misread. If you still haven't received it, please contact us and we will resend a confirmation email.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We understand that plans may change. To provide you with the best service, our policy is as follows:
- Before Shipment (Standard Orders): If your order has been paid for but hasn't entered the shipping stage, you may contact us via email at any time to modify or cancel your order.
- Commissioned Art (Our "100% Satisfaction Guarantee"): For custom oil paintings, we offer a dedicated review process before shipping. You will receive high-resolution photos and videos of the artwork.Unlimited Refinements: Our artist will provide complimentary modifications until you are 100% satisfied.
- After Shipment: Once the painting is delivered to our logistics partner, the order cannot be directly intercepted or cancelled. Please return the painting according to our "Return Process" after receiving the package.

Shipping & Delivery

When will I receive my order?
Standard Orders: Generally, you will receive high-definition photos of your completed artwork via email within 7–14 days for your approval. Once you confirm you are satisfied, we will proceed with shipping. If you’d like any adjustments, we will modify the piece until it meets your expectations!

Bulk Orders: For large-scale or quantity purchases, please contact us at Info@mesonart.com in advance to confirm a customized production and delivery timeline.
How will my artwork be packaged for shipping?
All artworks are packaged by MesonArt following our standardized packaging process.
Ships in a tube (Canvas items only): Your painting will arrive rolled in a high-quality hard paper tube. This method is especially safe for oversized works and also helps reduce shipping costs. Rolled canvas works can be easily stretched onto wooden stretcher bars or framed by a local framer upon arrival. For works on paper, we strongly recommend sending them directly to your framer for careful, professional unrolling immediately upon delivery.
Ships in a cardboard box (Small-sized stretched/framed artwork): Small artworks that are stretched or framed will ship flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box. We ensure that your artwork is shipped according to our high standards, with ample internal support to keep it secure during transit from MesonArt to your home.
Ships in a crate (Large-sized stretched/framed artwork): Large artworks are shipped in a custom-built wooden crate. The crate is designed for safe international shipping and includes packaging materials that meet our strict guidelines to hold the artwork firmly in place. The crate is tightly sealed to ensure your artwork arrives safely.
How long does it take for my purchased oil painting to arrive?
We will ensure the painting is perfectly packaged and transfer it to our top logistics partners (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS) as quickly as possible.
Standard in-stock oil paintings: Usually shipped via air express, expected to arrive at your designated address within 5 to 7 days.
Custom/framed oil paintings: Due to the involvement of artist-specific creations or the intricate production of frames, an additional 1 to 3 weeks of production time is required beyond the standard shipping time.
(Note: During peak sales seasons or in extreme weather, there may be slight delays in logistics. Thank you for your patience and understanding.)
Do you offer worldwide shipping? How are shipping costs calculated?
Yes, art knows no borders, and we are proud to offer free worldwide shipping to art lovers around the world. For regular orders, you do not need to pay any standard shipping fees at checkout. If you wish to receive your desired artwork as soon as possible, we offer an expedited service. This service requires an upgrade fee, and we will prioritize the completion and processing of your artwork, then ship it using the fastest international courier service to ensure your artwork reaches you in the shortest possible time.
How is the safety of the oil paintings guaranteed during transportation? How can I track my package?
Safe delivery is our promise to you. Each oil painting is professionally packaged in multiple layers of robust protection according to gallery-level shock and moisture-proof standards. More importantly, your package is 100% fully insured during transit, so you don't need to worry about any accidents along the way. Within 2-3 days of shipment, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and tracking link, allowing you to monitor the painting's progress in real time.
Can I change my shipping information after placing my order?
As long as your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate any changes you may have. Please contact us as soon as possible: Info@mesonart.com.
We will ship your artwork to the address provided in your order and will usually coordinate a delivery date with the recipient. If you intend to send the order as a surprise or gift, please inform us in advance so we can arrange delivery accordingly.
Please note: Once an order enters the shipping process, we cannot make any changes. We strongly recommend that you carefully verify all recipient information and contact details before submitting your order.
Return & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy? What is the process?
We hope every painting brings you lasting joy. If you are not completely satisfied with the artwork you receive, or simply have changed your mind, MesonArt offers a 30-day no-questions-asked return and exchange guarantee (calculated from the date of receipt).
Return Conditions: Returned paintings must be in their original, undamaged, and odorless condition, and should be returned in their original packaging if possible.
Return Process: Please send an email to our customer service team to initiate a return request. After approval, we will provide you with return instructions and relevant logistics suggestions. For regular returns not due to quality issues, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs and any re-clearance fees.
What should I do if the painting I receive is damaged during transit?
Although we use extremely secure packaging, damage due to rough handling may still occur in the very rare case. Since your order is fully insured, please remain calm if you discover damage to the package or artwork and follow these steps:
Preserve the scene: Never discard any outer packaging (cardboard boxes, foam, protective film, etc.), as this is crucial evidence for claims against the logistics company.
Take photos as evidence: Take clear photos showing details of the damage to the outer packaging, the condition of the internal cushioning materials, and the damaged parts of the artwork itself.
Contact us: Please send us the photos and a description of the problem within 48 hours of signing for the package. We will intervene immediately and arrange professional after-sales service for you free of charge. If you have purchased insurance, we will assist you with your insurance claim process, or repaint an identical painting, or provide a full refund.
Do commissioned artworks support returns and exchanges?
We sincerely appreciate your trust in commissioning a unique piece of art. Please understand that because each artwork is entirely tailored to your personal vision, specific dimensions, and unique requirements, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the final piece is shipped, as these creations are exclusive to you and cannot be resold.
To ensure your complete peace of mind, we provide a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" before delivery:
- Visual Confirmation: Before shipping, we will send high-resolution photos and videos of your artwork for your review.
- Unlimited Refinements: If there are any details you’d like to adjust, our artist will provide complimentary modifications until you are completely satisfied.
- Flexible Exit Option: In the rare event that we cannot meet your expectations during the creation process, you may choose to cancel the order before shipment. Cancellations before shipping are subject to a $100 material fee.
