“Color is frequency. Geometry is language. My paintings are what happens when they collide.”
Elio Nova (b. 1987, Barcelona, Spain) is a contemporary artist celebrated for his vibrant fusion of geometry, color, and emotion.
His paintings explore the tension between mathematical precision and human spontaneity — where every color block and angular fragment becomes a metaphor for energy, identity, and rhythm.
Raised amid the architecture of Gaudí and the light of the Mediterranean, Nova first trained in architecture and visual communication before shifting entirely to fine art. His signature style, “Chromatic Geometry,” transforms color into sound, light into form, and logic into visual poetry.
Now based between Berlin and Mexico City, Nova continues to expand his visual language, merging modernist structure with global cultural motifs. Critics describe his work as “the collision of Bauhaus discipline and street art freedom.”
