Sek.Jedes MesonArt-Kunstwerk wird mit Sorgfalt verpackt und folgt unserem standardisierten, professionellen Verfahren. Wir wissen, dass Ihre Kunstwerke sehr wertvoll sind. Deshalb haben wir verschiedene Verpackungsmethoden entwickelt, um sie auf dem Weg zu Ihnen zu schützen:
Für große Kunstwerke, die aufgespannt oder gerahmt sind, verwenden wir stabile, schützende Kartons. Jedes Werk wird mit reichlich Polsterung versehen, damit es sicher, flach und hängefertig bei Ihnen ankommt.
Für kleine aufgespannte oder gerahmte Kunstwerke oder für sehr große und schwere Werke verwenden wir speziell angefertigte Holzkisten. Diese Kisten sind für den weltweiten Kunstversand konzipiert, dicht verschlossen und mit Materialien verpackt, die das Kunstwerk während seiner gesamten Reise sicher an seinem Platz halten.
Bei reinen Leinwandbestellungen wird Ihr Kunstwerk aufgerollt in einer verbeulungssicheren Röhre geliefert. Diese Methode ist besonders sicher für übergroße Werke und hält auch die Versandkosten niedrig. Nach der Lieferung können Sie Ihr Werk problemlos auf Keilrahmen aufspannen oder von einem örtlichen Einrahmer rahmen lassen.
Bei Arbeiten auf Papier empfehlen wir Ihnen, diese direkt nach der Lieferung an Ihren Einrahmer zu schicken, der sie dann sorgfältig und professionell ausrollt.
Versanddauer: In der Regel 5-7 Werktage mit FedEx oder DHL. Und ja - wir bieten kostenlosen weltweiten Versand!
Entstehungszeit: Jedes Gemälde wird innerhalb von 1-2 Wochen von einem unserer professionellen Künstler handbemalt.
Während des Entstehungsprozesses zeigt Ihnen Ihr Künstler Fotos und Videos von Ihrem Gemälde. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, Anpassungen vorzunehmen, wie z. B. Änderungen der Farbe oder der Schattierung, bis Sie vollkommen zufrieden sind. Erst wenn Sie die endgültige Version absegnen, versenden wir Ihr Kunstwerk an Sie.
Wenn Sie nicht ständig Bestätigungs-E-Mails erhalten haben, kann es sein, dass unsere E-Mails in Ihrem Spam-/Junk-Ordner gelandet sind oder von E-Mail-Filtermechanismen blockiert wurden. In solchen Fällen finden Sie die Bestätigungs-E-Mail für das Gemälde möglicherweise nicht in Ihrem Spam-Ordner. Sie können sich direkt mit uns in Verbindung setzen, indem Sie die Kontaktinformationen am Ende des Artikels verwenden.
Sie können auch nach Ihrer Bestellnummer "HW + 5 Ziffern" suchen, um zu überprüfen, ob Sie die Bestätigungs-E-Mail erhalten haben.

Love how this piece turned out! The customer service and communication throughout the process were great. When we received the first approval, we had a few changes to the texture and colors, and the artist was very quick to make the adjustments. We’re so happy with the final result.
