SecsOgni opera MesonArt viene imballata con cura seguendo il nostro processo standardizzato e professionale. Sappiamo che la tua opera d'arte è preziosa, per questo abbiamo ideato diversi metodi di imballaggio per garantirne la sicurezza durante il trasporto:
Per le opere d’arte di grandi dimensioni, montate su telaio o incorniciate, utilizziamo scatole di cartone resistenti e protettive. Ogni opera viene protetta con abbondante materiale imbottito in modo che arrivi integra, piatta e pronta per essere appesa.
Per le opere d’arte di piccole dimensioni montate su telaio o incorniciate, oppure per quelle molto grandi e pesanti, utilizziamo casse di legno realizzate su misura. Queste casse sono progettate per la spedizione internazionale di opere d’arte, sono sigillate ermeticamente e riempite con materiali che mantengono l’opera saldamente al suo posto durante tutto il viaggio.
Per gli ordini che comprendono solo tele, la vostra opera arriverà arrotolata in un tubo resistente alle ammaccature. Questo metodo è particolarmente sicuro per le opere di grandi dimensioni e consente inoltre di contenere i costi di spedizione. Una volta ricevuta, potrete facilmente farla montare su telaio (posizionandola su un telaio di legno) o incorniciare da un corniciaio locale.
Per le opere su carta, consigliamo vivamente di inviarle direttamente al vostro corniciaio al momento della consegna, affinché vengano srotolate con cura e in modo professionale.
Tempi di spedizione: generalmente 5–7 giorni lavorativi con FedEx o DHL. E sì, offriamo la spedizione gratuita in tutto il mondo!
Tempi di realizzazione: Ogni dipinto richiede circa 1–2 settimane per essere realizzato a mano da uno dei nostri artisti professionisti.
Durante il processo di realizzazione, l’artista condividerà foto e video del dipinto in fase di lavorazione. Potrai richiedere modifiche — come cambiamenti di colore o sfumature — fino a quando non sarai completamente soddisfatto. Solo dopo la tua approvazione della versione finale ti spediremo l’opera d’arte.
Se non hai ricevuto regolarmente le e-mail di conferma, è possibile che le nostre e-mail siano finite nella tua cartella spam/posta indesiderata o siano state bloccate dai filtri antispam. In tali casi, potresti non trovare l’e-mail di conferma del dipinto nella cartella spam. Puoi contattarci direttamente utilizzando le informazioni di contatto riportate in fondo all’articolo.
Puoi anche cercare il tuo numero d’ordine “HW + 5 cifre” per verificare se hai ricevuto l’e-mail di conferma.
A seconda della tua posizione e delle dimensioni dell’opera d’arte, collaboriamo con corrieri affidabili come FedEx, DHL, TNT e, occasionalmente, con aziende specializzate nella consegna di opere d’arte per pezzi di grandi dimensioni.
Effettuiamo consegne praticamente ovunque operino i nostri corrieri: che tu viva a New York, a Dubai o persino su una piccola isola, troveremo una soluzione. Se hai dei dubbi, contattaci e penseremo a tutto noi.

I had been eyeing Meson Art for over a year and LOVE all of their artwork. So for my upcoming birthday, I decided to purchase one. It's 18 x 36 and the colors are so soft and beautiful and serene. The artwork was created quickly and we were sent photos with a chance to approve it or make changes. The artwork was perfect so no changes needed! It seems like it took longer to ship than to create the artwork. My only complaint would be that the painting arrived in a wood crate with the lids stapled on the front and the back so needed a crowbar and hammer to gently pry open the lid which was a little bit hairy to do around a piece of artwork. But it all worked out in the end.
